With its alpine climate and rolling terrain, the Khao Yai
area is an ideal location for golf. Famous PGA golfers and
architects, like Jack Nicklaus and Bob McFarland, have
created some of the most scenic and challenging 18-hole,
Par 72 rounds to be found anywhere. Most of the courses
include luxury clubhouses and accommodations as well
as an array of facilities for fun and relaxation.

The Bonanza Khao Yai Hotel

This 18-hole, 7,480 yard, par-72 course is considered one
of Khao Yai’s finest. Designed by renowned golf course architect Bob McFarland, the fairways and greens undulate with the rolling terrain and include many natural hazards, water and bunkers, challenging golfers of every level. But with a selection of tee offs, blue the hardest and white for those with a handicap of 28 above, the course can be as easy or difficult
as you want to make it. Meanwhile the surrounding mountain ranges make this one of the most scenic and serene courses to be found anywhere. While the resort’s log cabin homes and massive timber clubhouse further
enhance this rustic location, they also include
all the modern amenities for golfers and families
to enjoy. And then there is the orchid nursery,
Japanese carp pond and Macaw bird park
close by as well as Adventure Park for those
looking for alternative fun and excitement.

Kirimaya Golf Resort & Spa

Kirimaya is much more than a Jack Nicklaus
championship golf course, though
for many that would be enough. Like the
course, the entire resort combines the
natural charms of Khao Yai with contemporary
amenities. The selection of accommodations
range from the very private,
luxurious Bohdi Pool Villa to a host of suite
types and finally, elegant tented villas fit for
a sultan. To soothe hunger pangs and the
palate, the resort also features four dining
venues, including the open-air rooftop
Myth, serving Italian cuisine spiced up
with panoramic views of Khao Yai National
Park, the intimate Mist Bar offering fresh
sushi and sashimi, the clubhouse T-Grill
steakhouse and the Acala serving authentic
Thai cuisine in a poolside alfresco
setting or lakefront open-air dining room.
Many also choose to indulge their senses
by a vineyard following by vintage tasting
and a treatment at the Maya Spa. It’s also
fun to go on jungle treks and relax on your
own balcony watching for shooting stars
and wildlife.

Panorama Golf & Country Club

Close to Khao Yai National Park, Panorama
Golf and Country Club is set on a bluff that offers
panoramic views of the surrounding hills
and valleys. Partially cut from a dense forest,
the fairways and greens of all but two holes
are completely secluded. The course has been
designed to take full advantage of the natural
terrain rising, falling and twisting. The greens
are often sloped or tiered, and can be very
fast. In addition to a few natural water hazards,
there are rocky ravines that will challenge
your game. But with the refreshing mountain
breezes, golfers remain cool and calm
even when the round seems to be a little
tough. The Par-4, 10th hole is a true classic
as it requires a straight drive over a valley to
a blind green hidden behind the facing hillside.
What golfers admire most is how well
this championship course is maintained
from tee-off to pin and all in between,
including the roughs. Comfortable lodging
is afforded by a low-rise hotel, and the
full-facility clubhouse, including swimming
pool, sauna and restaurant serving Thai
and international cuisine, caters to golfers’
and families’ off-the-course needs.

Royal Hills Golf Resort & Spa

The concept behind this course is that “golf was never intended to be a frustrating, agonizing sport”. So, the world’s famous architectural team of Nelson & Wright took pains to create a course that can be challenging as well as relaxing and gratifying. This 7,034-yard, 18-hole,
par-72 course has been designed to merge
with the undulating terrain and abundance
of water, which affords for wide and dogleg
fairways along with sloping greens protected
by natural bunkers and water hazards. By
choosing your tee off, you can decide on
just how much you want to test your drive’s
distance and accuracy. Meanwhile, with the
alpine breezes and majestic mountain backdrop,
the scenic serenity is certain to keep you
calm and alleviate any frustration. The course
starts long with a par-4, 349 straight fairway,
followed by the longest hole, a par-5, 513-
yard dogleg. Then, the distances to the cups
shorten, before mixing it up with a range of
lengths and hazards, rolling over this lush, scenic
landscape. Like the name says, this truly is
a golf resort with its selection of accommodation
from luxury hotel to private mountainview
homes. The Royal Spa is also a treat for golfers
after a round as well as for those who just want
to relax and be pampered.

Toscana Valley Golf Club

Most golf course architects often select
one favorite hole in each course as the
“Signature Hole”, which would be recognized
by golfers in terms of the aesthetic
beauty, challenge and enjoyment it provides.
Unfortunately, Bob McFarland, the
architect who designed our “Toscana
Valley Country Club” was unable to declare
any one of his designs as the main
“Signature hole” This simply because all
of them possess their own excellent and
distinctive layouts, game plays and specific
scenarios. Therefore, we have decided to
claim all the holes as “Signature Holes” and
thus the course can claim “Every Hole is a
Signature Hole”
Meanwhile, the golf course, originally designed
by Bob McFarland, has undergone
extensive modifications, making it one
of Thailand’s most challenging 18 holes.
This 7064 yard, Par 72 course features a
number of Par 4, 200+-yard water carries,
and the undulated greens include Zoysia
on fairways and on rough and Tidwaf on Green.

This 18-hole championship course designed by John W. Rogers is known by many as the Sir James Golf Course at
Forest Hills. There is also an international

named the Sir James Lodge that
reflects the Scottish roots of the design
team. The entire facility covers an area of
4,800 square meters of verdant undulating
terrain. The fairways are long and the
greens well protected by bunkers. Some
water hazards add to the challenges along
with colorful flower gardens and beautiful
rock formations. To practice swings before
starting your round, there is a driving range
and practice greens, In addition to golf,
the country club caters to equestrian enthusiasts
