Central Region

Bangkok and the nearby provinces surround the base of the Chao Phraya River delta as it flows into the Gulf of Thailand. In a snapshot this region illustrates the stark differences between modern-day consumer-culture Thailand and the traditional agrarian society of yesteryear. The region is an interesting choice to take a golf tour with convenience and all other urban attractions nearby in the metropolis with its shopping.

Description & Signature hole: Some of the Par 3s
are really excellent golf holes that rival the best in Bangkok.
The 7th hole on the ’Wood’ nine, in particular, requires
a tee shot well left, in order to avoid the huge lateral
water hazard that stretches right across the fairway.

Description & Signature hole: Many holes have angled
teeing areas playing to dogleg fairways where you could
bite off as much of the dogleg as you are comfortable with.
There are large bunker complexes fronting most greens,
so make sure you take enough clubs to carry them.
Though the course is completely artificial, it has a natural
feel to it where you cannot take any shot or lie for granted.

Bang Plee, Samut Prakan 10540
Tel: +66 (0) 2336 1968-75 GPS: 13.655996, 100.730896

Description & Signature hole: Hole 3: Although it is
the shortest hole on the course, a poorly played tee shot
can turn this deceptively tricky Par 3 into a watery
card-killer. Missing the green to the left will keep you dry
but creates a testy, knee-knocking pitch back onto
a putting surface that slopes away towards the water.
The Vintage Club

The Vintage Club is where golfers of all ages, genders and
levels of skill can find a rewarding experience supported
by some of the finest golf course facilities around. Host to

its pristine greens and rolling fairways.

Tel: +66 (0) 2707 3820-5 Ext. 400-403
GPS: 13.537365, 100.844193

Description & Signature hole: Hole 13: A good drive
hugging up the left will set up the easiest second shot,
which usually plays longer than it looks. The green slopes
heavily from left to right. Plan your second shot well!

Hole 16: Correct assessment of the wind is the key to play
this hole well. The green is large and flat so a good tee
shot will give a very good opportunity for a two.
