Le Cordon Bleu has been
training world famous cooks,
chefs and food and beverage
professionals for decades
and from 2006, the
five-star Dusit Thani Hotel
joined forces with Le Cordon
Bleu to offer a comprehensive
range of culinary arts
education with the intention
of becoming the hub of
Southeast Asia.
Some of the courses taught
at the institute are: Basic
Cuisine (Cuisine de Base),
Basic Patisserie (Patisserie
de Base), Intermediate Cuisine
(Cuisine Intermediaire),
Intermediate Patisserie (Patisserie
Intermediaire), and
Le Cordon Bleu English for
Tourism and Hospitality.


Although many of the mentioned diploma courses
are operated on on-going basis, Le Cordon
Bleu Dusit Academy in Bangkok does offer occasional
workshops for interested individuals who
may not have time for the longer courses.

Rose Garden Thai Cooking Course
Before you ever step into the kitchen, you’ll be
taken to a local market in Nakhom Phathom
province to learn how to select the best ingredients.
Then, it’s a leisurely cruise back to the Rose
Garden aboard a converted rice barge to get
you into the tropical swing of things. After that,
it’s watch and learn and do-it-yourself. And what
you learn can then be repeated or adapted for
your own fusion of flavors.
